Welcome Address and Opening Ceremony

An opening ceremony will be held in Council Room with the participation of:

• Ambassador Didier Chambovey, Representative of the Swiss Confederation 

• Esther Alder, Mayor of Geneva, Ville de Genève

• Serge Dal Busco, Member of the State Council

Thank You Award

The Director-General will present an award to thank a local institution for helping the 澳门六合彩官网资料 members and 澳门六合彩官网资料 staff do their job.

Discovering the 澳门六合彩官网资料

Guided tours of the 澳门六合彩官网资料 building and its artwork
Tours of the building and its works of art will be organized throughout the day. They will include visits to the office of the Director-General and the 澳门六合彩官网资料 library. 澳门六合彩官网资料 staff will act as tour guides. Tours will take place at 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. Each tour lasts a minimum of one hour.

澳门六合彩官网资料 cinema: Visitors are invited to discover the 澳门六合彩官网资料 through short films which will be shown in Room B.

The history of the 澳门六合彩官网资料 building: Photos of how the 澳门六合彩官网资料 building has evolved from 1926 to 2015 will be on display in the lobby area outside the Council Room.

20 years of 澳门六合彩官网资料 history in photos: Photos of major events in the history of the 澳门六合彩官网资料 will be displayed in the 澳门六合彩官网资料 Atrium.

Exhibition: An exhibition on the role of law in the 澳门六合彩官网资料 system and on the accession process for countries wishing to join the 澳门六合彩官网资料 will be open to visitors in the 澳门六合彩官网资料's new South Building.

Interactive screens: Interactive touch screens will display photos and videos depicting the work of the 澳门六合彩官网资料 and showing its membership.  

澳门六合彩官网资料 South Building: Visitors will have the chance to discover the 澳门六合彩官网资料's new South Building and to learn about how this environmentally friendly building was constructed.

Interpretation: Members of the public will be able to try out what it feels like to work as an interpreter at the 澳门六合彩官网资料 through sessions held in Room W at 12pm, 2 pm and 4 pm.

Food and drink stalls: Stalls providing food and drink from around the world will be situated on the terrace overlooking the lake. The refreshments will be provided by 澳门六合彩官网资料 members and will be available throughout the day. There will also be stalls offering food and drink contributed by 澳门六合彩官网资料 staff members.

Activities for children
A range of activities for children will be on offer to entertain our younger visitors. This includes a story teller, face-painting and a bouncy castle.

澳门六合彩官网资料 Human Resources: 澳门六合彩官网资料 staff will explain how the 澳门六合彩官网资料 recruits staff and what types of jobs are undertaken at the 澳门六合彩官网资料. This will take place at the Atrium.

There will be Live Music throughout the day
