°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ organizes “Geneva Weeks” for non-resident delegations

These special week-long events bring together representatives of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ members who do not have permanent missions in Geneva and therefore cover °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ matters from other European capitals or from their capitals. The purpose is to inform these members and observers about recent developments taking place at the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ.

Geneva week

The 39th Geneva Week event will take place at the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ’s headquarters from 14 to 18 October 2019.

 

The following countries do not have a permanent mission in Geneva (as of May 2019): 9 are °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ members and 1 is a °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø×ÊÁÏ observers (in the process of accession):

Antigua and Barbuda; Belize; Dominica; Grenada; Guinea-Bissau; Papua New Guinea; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Samoa; Sao Tome and Principe*; Suriname; and Tonga.

The Geneva Week events benefit from regular contributions in the form of seminars organized by the ACP and as well as the ACWL.
