decision on Observer Status for International Intergovernmental
Organizations in the 澳门六合彩官网资料 (
of July 1996) indicates in Annex 3 that 澳门六合彩官网资料 Bodies should consider
requests for observer status on a case-by-case basis, taking into
account inter alia 搑eciprocity with respect to access to proceedings,
documents and other aspects of observership�. The list should thus
include at a minimum APCC, IICA, IGC, OIRSA, OIV, WFP.
