PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL: UN SIMPOSIO TÉCNICO DE LA OMS, LA OMPI Y LA OMC
Acceso a los medicamentos: información sobre patentes y libertad para operar
Según se expuso en un simposio técnico conjunto de la OMS, la OMPI y la OMC el 18 de febrero de 2011, saber si un medicamento, una vacuna, un kit de diagnóstico u otro producto médico está patentado en diversos países es un desafío complejo para las organizaciones que tratan de desarrollar nuevos productos y fabricarlos y suministrarlos a precios razonables. A continuación figuran el programa y las exposiciones:
